Strong wind causes downtown Prestonsburg apartment building collapse.

An apartment building in downtown Prestonsburg collapsed due to strong wind, but no one was injured as nobody was inside at the time. Four people lived in the apartment, and the American Red Cross is helping those affected. The "S" curve in the area is expected to be closed for a couple of hours as first responders work the scene.
