Overland Park apartment fire displaces residents from 8 units overnight.

Eight apartment units were displaced after an overnight fire at Sheridan Ridge Townhomes in Overland Park. Firefighters took about two hours to bring the fire under control, and nobody was injured. Red Cross is assisting the displaced residents, and officials are investigating the cause of the fire.
