Fires Displace Residents in Pennsylvania and Rhode Island.

A fire broke out in a row of duplexes in Parkesburg Borough, Chester County on Easter Sunday, damaging six homes and displacing 22 residents. One firefighter was injured but no other injuries were reported. The Red Cross is helping the displaced residents and donations are being collected at the Parkesburg Borough Hall. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
