Warren Teen Cleared of Homicide Charges, Murder Trial Delayed.

A statewide grand jury has declined to press charges against Kenzie Nicolson, an 18-year-old man, in connection with the 2021 homicide of Richard Raymond in Warren. Nicolson was previously charged with second-degree murder, but the case has been dismissed after going before the grand jury. Raymond died from severe head injuries after being struck by an aluminum bat during a disturbance between two men. Nicolson was 16 at the time of the incident and was waived to District Court to be tried as an adult.
