Verdict: Guilty - Woman convicted for killing man in citizen's arrest

Hannah Payne has been found guilty on all counts in the murder trial of Kenneth Herring. The jury unanimously convicted Payne of felony murder, malice murder, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, and three charges of weapons possession during a crime. Payne, who sobbed upon hearing the verdict, had chased down and killed Herring after he fled from a car accident she had witnessed. Sentencing is scheduled for Friday.
