Unprovoked Screwdriver Attack on NYC Subway Leaves Victim Injured

A 61-year-old man was randomly stabbed in the head and face with a screwdriver in an unprovoked attack on a New York City subway. The incident occurred at the 59th Street–Columbus Circle station in Manhattan. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition. The suspect, described as a 5-foot-9 man with a dark complexion, fled the scene. The motive for the attack remains unknown.
