Toddler Rescued After Car Theft in Rochester, Sustains Injuries

A vehicle with a 2-year-old child inside was stolen outside a store in Rochester, New York. The child was later found walking alone on Electric Avenue and taken to the hospital with a non-life threatening injury to his upper body.
