Texas Mass Shooting Suspect Apprehended After Manhunt

Francisco Oropesa, the suspect in a mass shooting near Cleveland, Texas that left five people dead, including a 9-year-old boy, has been arrested following a multi-day manhunt. Oropesa was found hiding in a closet at a home in Cut and Shoot, Texas, and was booked on five counts of murder. The FBI, Border Patrol, and U.S. Marshals were involved in the apprehension. Oropesa was previously deported by ICE agents in 2009 and has a prior conviction for driving while intoxicated.
