Texas Driver's Anti-Migrant Actions Lead to Deadly Crash and Gun Incident at Shelter

Joseph Serino was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and reckless driving after allegedly displaying a gun at security officers at the Ozanam Center in Brownsville, Texas, the day after a deadly crash that killed eight migrants. Serino parked across the street from the center and displayed a gun at the security officer at the front gate before leaving the location. He was later found in possession of marijuana but police were unable to locate a gun.
