Teenager Shot While Assisting Brother in Car Theft Recovery

A juvenile was shot by a car thief in northeast Harris County after helping his brother track down their stolen vehicle using GPS. The siblings located the stolen vehicle and began following it, but the suspect fired multiple rounds at their truck, injuring the juvenile. The suspect fled and abandoned the vehicle, while the victim's brother pulled over and called for help. The injured juvenile is in stable condition, and the suspect's description has not been released.
