Teenage joyride turns deadly in California car crash.

A 13-year-old boy driving a car was involved in a three-car crash in Woodland, California, killing a woman and injuring nine others, including himself. The police officer tried to pull the boy over, but he sped off instead, initiating a brief chase. The boy then crashed into two other cars at high speed, causing two of the three vehicles involved to catch fire. The hospitalized suspect could be charged with vehicular manslaughter.
