Teen Arrested in Fatal Shooting at 'No Hard Feelings' Movie Screening

A 19-year-old teenager, Enrique Padilla, has been charged with homicide, shooting at an occupied building, and tampering with evidence after allegedly shooting and killing a man in a dispute over reserved movie seats at a theater in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The incident occurred before a screening of the Jennifer Lawrence comedy film, No Hard Feelings. Witnesses reported that Padilla and his girlfriend were arguing with an older couple who had been moved to different seats by a theater employee. After a brief altercation, Padilla allegedly threw popcorn at the couple, and the victim pushed him against a wall before being shot. Padilla was captured and taken to the hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound to his abdomen. The theater has since been closed.
