Standoff in Brandon, MS ends with two officers shot.

A domestic dispute turned into a hostage situation in Brandon, Mississippi, resulting in the death of one Madison Police Department officer and significant injuries to a Brandon Police Department officer. The suspect is also dead. The standoff lasted for several hours before the suspect agreed to let the hostage go but did not initially surrender. The officers were shot during exchanges of gunfire.
