"Slender Man Attacker Morgan Geyser Seeks Release from Psychiatric Institute"

Morgan Geyser, one of the Wisconsin women involved in the Slender Man attack as a child, has requested release from the mental institution she was committed to after pleading guilty to stabbing a classmate. A judge has scheduled a hearing to consider her request, which includes asking for new medical tests and conditional release if the results are favorable. Geyser and Anissa Weier were 12 when they lured their classmate to a park and stabbed her to please the fictional character Slender Man.
