Rogue Ex-Cop Linked to Multistate Burglary Spree

A former Connecticut police officer, Patrick Hemingway, is suspected of committing at least 30 burglaries across three states, including the community he once served. Hemingway allegedly targeted restaurants and businesses, stealing from cash registers and safes. He was previously charged with computer crimes and is expected to face additional charges. Surveillance footage and evidence suggest his involvement, including the use of lock-picking tools he had access to during his time with the police department. Hemingway was arrested in New Jersey and is being held on a $1 million bond.
