Rampaging Driver Targets Cyclists, Killing One, in Huntington Beach

California police are searching for a driver who may have intentionally targeted three bicyclists in Huntington Beach, resulting in one death and two injuries. The incidents occurred within a mile of each other over a span of 45 minutes. The first victim reported being intentionally sideswiped, while the second victim died from their injuries. The police believe the incidents are related and are looking for a black Toyota sedan with significant passenger-side bumper damage. No motive or description of the driver has been provided.
