Police Seek Help Identifying Women Accused of $12,000 Shoplifting Spree at Ulta and Kohl's

Authorities in Oconee County, South Carolina, are searching for three women who allegedly stole nearly $12,000 worth of merchandise from an Ulta Beauty store. The women were caught on surveillance footage filling bags with items, leaving the store, and then returning multiple times. One of the women changed her appearance during the theft.
