Police Officer Injured in Gaithersburg After Being Hit by Vehicle; Two Suspects Arrested

An officer in Gaithersburg, Maryland, was seriously injured after being struck by a suspected drunk driver on Interstate-270. The officer was attempting to deploy stop sticks when the vehicle hit him. Two people, including the driver, were taken into custody after the vehicle was stopped by another officer.
