Police Fatally Shoot Armed, Suicidal Man in Grand Haven

A 66-year-old man from Grand Haven, Michigan, was shot and killed by police after being found armed with a rifle in the parking lot of Trinity Grand Haven Hospital. The officers were responding to a report of a suicidal man. The incident resulted in a temporary lockdown of the hospital, but no patients, visitors, or staff were harmed. The officers involved have been placed on paid administrative leave, and the investigation has been handed over to the Michigan State Police.
