Phoenix Airport Baby Murder: Mother Arrested Nearly 20 Years Later

The mother of "Baby Skylar," a newborn found dead in a Phoenix airport trash can in 2005, has been arrested after investigators used genetic genealogy to revisit the cold case. Annie Anderson, 51, of Washington state, was identified as the suspect through DNA evidence and admitted to the baby's death. She is awaiting extradition to Phoenix, where she will face charges in the homicide of Baby Skylar.
