Cory Hill has been formally charged with second-degree murder for the killing of his estranged wife, Shakeira Rucker. The charges come after Rucker's body was found behind a stack of tires in a Self-Storage facility registered to Hill. The State Attorney's office explained that the charge allows the defendant to be held without bond while they continue building their case for a potential first-degree murder indictment.
