Missing South Elgin girl found in North Carolina after 4 years.

Kayla Unbehaun, who was abducted by her mother in 2017, has been found in North Carolina. Her father had full custody at the time of her abduction, and her mother only had visitation rights. Heather Unbehaun was arrested in Asheville over the weekend and is being held on $250,000 bond. Kayla is now in protective custody. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children had posted an alert online, and the case was also mentioned in an episode of Netflix's "Unsolved Mysteries" series about parental abductions.
