"Massachusetts Police Detective Arrested for Alleged Assault at Disney World"

A Brookline, Massachusetts, police detective, Duane Danforth, was placed on paid leave after allegedly assaulting two security workers and a sheriff’s deputy at Walt Disney World in Florida. Danforth, who was off duty at the time, allegedly tried to enter a private event, became aggressive when denied entry, and physically assaulted the security workers and deputy. He was arrested and is now on paid administrative leave pending an internal investigation.
