Manhunt for Texas Shooting Suspect Continues Amid $80k Reward and Dead Ends

The manhunt for Francisco Oropesa, who allegedly killed five people, including an eight-year-old boy, in Texas, continues with "zero leads" according to the FBI. Oropesa shot his neighbours with an AR-15 style rifle after they asked him to stop firing rounds in his yard. The search has been widened with more than 200 law enforcement personnel from several agencies involved. The office of Texas governor Greg Abbott is offering a $50K reward for information that leads to Mr Oropesa’s arrest. FBI Special Agent James Smith said his agency is also contributing $25K to that sum, while local law enforcement is offering an extra $5K, bringing the total amount of reward to $80K.
