Jan. 6 Capitol rioter who put feet on Pelosi's desk sentenced to 4.5 years in prison.

Richard "Bigo" Barnett, the man who put his feet on Nancy Pelosi's desk during the Jan. 6 riot, has been sentenced to 4.5 years in prison. Barnett was convicted on eight charges, including theft of government property and entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon. Prosecutors had asked for more than seven years in prison, while Barnett's lawyers argued for no more than six months. The judge ultimately sentenced him to 54 months in prison, citing Barnett's preparation for violence and lack of remorse.
