Iowa teen to testify against co-defendant in fatal beating of Spanish teacher.

One of the two Iowa teenagers charged with the 2021 fatal beating of their Spanish teacher over a bad grade has agreed to testify against his former friend, although it is not clear if it is part of a plea deal. The classmates, who are now 17, are charged with murdering teacher Nohema Graber, 66, on Nov. 2, 2021, after Miller had a meeting with her over a poor grade he received in her class, according to prosecutors. The teenagers allegedly dragged her into the woods and beat her to death with a baseball bat.
