Identity Revealed: Seward County Deputy Fatally Shoots Man on I-80

The man shot and killed by a Seward County Sheriff's Deputy on Interstate 80 has been identified as 43-year-old Jorge Luis Santana-Ramirez. The incident occurred after a high-speed chase, during which Santana-Ramirez refused to exit his vehicle and was seen holding a weapon. A deputy shot and killed him, and a weapon was recovered from the scene. The investigation is ongoing and will be delivered to the Lancaster County Attorney.
