Gunshots heard near New Kensington police department and city hall.

Two people were shot on the 1100 block of Fourth Avenue near New Kensington's Police Department headquarters and City Hall. As of 1:20 p.m., the scene remains active, and there have been no medical transports. The district attorney's office will release more details as they become available.
