Leonard Glenn Francis, also known as "Fat Leonard," the Malaysian citizen and owner of Glenn Defense Marine Asia, a Singapore-based company, is being turned over to the United States by the Venezuelan government as part of a prisoner exchange. Francis was involved in the biggest military corruption scandal in U.S. history, defrauding the Navy of an estimated $50 million by bribing Navy officers with prostitutes and obtaining classified information.
