Former UC Davis student arrested in connection to series of stabbings near campus.

A former UC Davis student, Carlos Dominguez, has been arrested in connection with three stabbings that killed two and seriously injured another in Davis. Volunteers from across the country are working to help police agencies solve unsolved murder cases. The Rocklin Unified School District has responded to accusations made by a student's father that the district did not do enough to address a member of the Rocklin High School football team secretly recording the student while they were engaged in sexual activity. California lawmakers have approved and sent the governor a handful of bills that were considered part of an emergency or early budget action. Carlos Dominguez is set to be arraigned today at 1:30 p.m. in Woodland.
