Former FBI Analyst Sentenced to Prison for Keeping Classified Documents at Home.

Kendra Kingsbury, a former FBI intelligence analyst, has been sentenced to nearly four years in prison for violating the Espionage Act by retaining over 380 classified documents in her home. She pleaded guilty to two counts of willfully retaining national defense information. Kingsbury held the highest level of security clearance during her 12 years at the FBI. Donald Trump is currently facing 31 counts of violating the same act, and he has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
