Florida Man Arrested for Murder in Palm Bay Home

A 69-year-old man was found murdered in his Palm Bay home with his hands tied up. The suspect, Justin Giambanco, was arrested for second-degree murder and was already in jail on an unrelated burglary charge. The police report states that the victim had a knife wound on his neck and there was evidence of a struggle with a gun. Giambanco had a history of repeated offenses and had been released less than halfway through his four-year sentence for violating parole.
