Florida Man Arrested for Horrific Circumcision Attempt on Toddler

A Florida babysitter, Timothoes Powell, has been charged with felony child abuse after allegedly attempting to circumcise a 2-year-old boy he was babysitting. The incident came to light when a state Department of Children and Families investigator noticed the child's injuries. Powell initially claimed that the child was cut by a piece of glass in the diaper, but a nurse and doctor determined that the wound was too precise to be accidental. Powell remains in jail on a $100,000 bond and is scheduled to be arraigned on November 21.
