Fiancé finally charged in Katelyn Markham's murder after 12 years

John Carter, the fiancé of Katelyn Markham, an Ohio art student who went missing 12 years ago, has been indicted on two counts of murder in her death. Markham's skeletal remains were found in 2013, and her death was ruled a homicide. Carter had previously claimed he had a "gut feeling" that she was still alive. Another man, Jonathan Palmerton, was arrested in February in connection to Markham's death on a felony perjury charge.
