Fatal Shooting at California Home Depot During Attempted Theft

Two suspects have been arrested and charged with murder, robbery, child endangerment, and conspiracy after allegedly shooting and killing an employee at a Home Depot in Pleasanton, California. Court documents reveal that the female suspect was attempting to steal a DeWalt toolbox before shooting the victim in the heart. The suspects fled the scene in a car with the woman's 21-month-old child, driving at high speeds and passing other vehicles on the shoulder of the road. The woman admitted to stealing the toolbox and carrying a gun, which she claimed fired accidentally.
