Ex-South Dakota Mayor Indicted for Triple Homicide

Former Centerville mayor Jay Ostrem has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder following a triple-slaying in the town. Ostrem, who is representing himself, is being held on a $1 million cash bond. The victims' names have not been released, and authorities assure there is no further threat to the public. Ostrem, who resigned as mayor in 2011, is also involved in an ongoing federal lawsuit accusing him of sexual harassment.
