Escaped Arkansas Prison Rapist Captured in West Virginia

Samuel Paul Hartman, a convicted rapist who escaped from an Arkansas prison on a jet ski last year, has been captured in West Virginia along with his wife, mother, and mother's boyfriend. The women are accused of helping Hartman escape, and the boyfriend faces charges of harboring a sex offender and assisting in the escape. The suspects are expected to be extradited to Arkansas. Hartman was serving a life sentence for a rape conviction.
