EBT Fraud Leaves Rochester Residents Struggling

Several residents in Rochester, New York, have been left in distress as their EBT funds vanished overnight in a major case of fraud. Approximately 200 reports of scam-related benefit theft have been received by Monroe County, with victims reporting hundreds of dollars lost in fraudulent charges. The charges have been made from unrecognized companies and in other states.
