Drunk driver narrowly misses families on Florida beach, caught on body cam footage.

Eyewitnesses at Smyrna Dunes Park in Florida feared for their lives as a drunk driver allegedly drove down the beach, almost hitting children and families. The driver, 26-year-old Sarah Ramsammy of Orlando, had a blood alcohol level of .153, nearly double the legal limit. She was charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving and cited for failure to obey a traffic control device. Witnesses are calling for increased beach patrol during busy holiday weekends to prevent similar incidents.
