Driver acquitted of all charges in fatal wrong-way crash.

Abby Michaels, who was accused of intentionally driving the wrong way on I-75 and killing a Mason family, has been found not guilty on murder and aggravated vehicular homicide charges. Michaels' defense attorneys argued that she was having a seizure and was not in control of her car. The prosecution claimed it was a suicide attempt, but the judge found the testimony of Michaels' husband, who said she planned to drive backward on the highway, to be untrue.
