"Double Homicide Suspect Commits Suicide at Arden Fair Mall Parking Lot"

Ricky Hunter, a suspect in the shooting and killing of two women outside a Sacramento County apartment complex, shot himself in the chest in an Arden Fair Mall parking lot as deputies attempted to arrest him. The 32-year-old was tracked to the mall and confronted after leaving an AT&T store, where he pulled out a shotgun and shot himself. No shots were fired by law enforcement, and Hunter was taken to a hospital. A warrant had been issued for his arrest in connection with the double homicide, and the investigation is ongoing.
