Divorce leads to tragic murder-suicide in Fruitport Township.

A man going through a divorce shot his two daughters, aged 7 and 10, and his mother-in-law before killing himself in a Fruitport Township home in Michigan. The 10-year-old girl died at the scene, while the 7-year-old girl and the 61-year-old woman were last reported in stable condition at an area hospital. The family operates a nail salon in the area, and at least two other adults employed by the business were living in the basement of the home. Fruitport Community Schools confirmed that the 10-year-old attended Edgewood Elementary, and the school has activated its Emotional Support Team to provide support to those in need.
