DeKalb Co. releases autopsy report for protester shot at APD training facility.

The official autopsy report for Manuel Teran, who was shot and killed during a raid on the forest at the site of the planned Atlanta Public Safety Training Center, has been released. The report from DeKalb County Medical Examiner’s Office said Teran was shot at least 57 times and it detailed that “gunpowder residue is not seen on the hands.” Teran’s family spoke out in a press release Wednesday evening after the official autopsy was released. Another autopsy report, obtained by Channel 2 Action News, performed at a Griffin funeral home back in January details the second autopsy performed on Teran’s body.
