Crown Center Shooting: KCPD Seeks Public Help in Investigation

Six people were injured in a shooting at Crown Center in Kansas City, which reopened the following day. The Kansas City Police Department reported that the shooting stemmed from an argument between two groups, resulting in a wide crime scene. Two additional individuals, unrelated to the altercation, fired weapons in response. The victims, ranging from late teens to 50s, sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Detectives are continuing to gather information and are in contact with prosecutors.
