Charges filed against drivers in fatal I-695 construction zone crash.

Both drivers involved in the fatal crash on I-695 that killed six construction workers are facing charges, including multiple counts of manslaughter, reckless driving, and other charges. Melachi Brown has been arrested and is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center, while Lisa Lea is facing an additional charge of driving while impaired and is currently being searched for. Both drivers are facing six counts of felony negligent manslaughter, six counts of death of a vulnerable person, and numerous traffic violations.
