Capitol Rioters Caught: Beanie, Assault, and Broken Headlight

A North Carolina man, David Paul Daniel, has been arrested for assaulting police officers during the Capitol siege on January 6, thanks in part to his distinctive beanie featuring an embroidered character from the "Fallout" video game franchise. Daniel was identified through publicly available photographs and videos on his social media accounts. He faces felony charges of assaulting officers and civil disorder, as well as several misdemeanors related to his actions during the riot. Daniel is one of over 1,200 individuals charged in connection with the Capitol breach.
