California Pastor Arrested for Child Sexual Abuse at Richmond Church

The pastor of a California church, Victor Manuel Hernandez-Pineda, has been arrested for allegedly molesting a congregant when she was a young teen. The 53-year-old pastor is facing charges of kidnapping and molesting a girl younger than 14.
