The man, identified as Resendo Tellez, was arrested for removing evidence from the crash scene. This incident follows a deadly train collision in which a person was pronounced dead. Additionally, there have been reports of another incident involving the removal of body parts from a crash scene in east Bakersfield earlier this year.
