Brave Woman Escapes After Days of Brutal Kidnapping and Abuse

A man in Oconee County, South Carolina, has been arrested and charged with kidnapping and domestic violence after allegedly holding a woman against her will for three days. The victim, who suffered a fractured sternum, managed to escape and seek help. The suspect, Thomas Gregory Lockridge Jr., reportedly beat and choked the woman, stripped her of her clothes, and took her phone to prevent her from calling for help. Lockridge has two previous domestic violence convictions and is currently held on a $250,000 bond.
