Arrests Made in Near-Fatal Incident Involving Homeowners.

The owners of a Georgia home where two underage drinking parties occurred have been arrested on charges of maintaining a disorderly house and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Two juveniles are also facing charges, while a 17-year-old was charged in a separate investigation involving the same home. The District Attorney presented evidence that 19-year-old Trent Lehrkamp voluntarily drank alcohol to the point of blacking out and was not beaten or tortured. His blood alcohol content was .474, and he would have likely died if not taken to the hospital by the teens. Trent continues to recover at an out-of-state treatment center.
